In everyday work, every employee is dependent on his or her specialist knowledge and methodological skills. In the business environment, however, these individual employees come into contact with one another and thus conflicts are inevitable. Good communication leads to better cooperation, because conflicts and difficulties with other employees and superiors are often caused by incorrect communication and employees are often unaware of the signals they are sending - usually unconsciously - and are therefore misunderstood.


Due to my many years of experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural contexts, I am passionate about advising companies, authorities and clients on relevant topics, such as cross-cultural communication, intercultural competence and conflict-management. I impart my knowledge of the prerequisites for successful communication to my clients in theory, through training and with a lot of joy and a few "aha moments"
