Touré Consulting was founded to support people and organizations in taking new paths. These pathes need impulses from outside every now and then, even in the form of questions that make it possible to recognize and perceive other perspectives. As a social therapist and systemic-integrative consultant with various additional qualifications, I am experienced in working with a wide variety of people from all possible professional sectors, cultural backgrounds and walks of life.

In addition to consulting and advising companies and authorities, the focus of my work is the systemic coaching of individuals. This process is supported by a broad psycho-social understanding.

My clients

I support anyone, who wants to make decisions that have a realistic and lasting impact on his or her life. The topics are both private and professional in nature. Many of my clients come to me when necessary to work on current issues.

Others come to me at regular intervals to reflect on the path they have taken so far and to plan the next steps regarding their future.

While my expertise lies in the selection of methods and interventions, my clients are experts of their own lives. I would never presume to dictate the solution to other people's challenges. The coaching and consulting process is tailored exclusively to you and your situation. As your coach, I simply encourage reflection processes and support you in using your resources for change. You decide at any time which topics should be addressed and which steps should be put into action.
