About me

"If I avoid interfering, people will take care of themselves. If I avoid giving instructions, people will find the right behavior for themselves. If I avoid influencing them, people will become themselves."
Lao-Tse

My career

Having grown up in many countries around the world and having graduated from the United Nations International School in New York and studied diplomacy and international relations at New York University, I learned the benefits of a "diplomatic" attitude at an early age. I learned to listen to people more and to work with them to find solutions to the challenges that life presents. An important approach in diplomacy that I still follow today is to think long-term, in favor of more sustainable and greater benefits.

I have followed various career paths. At the end of the 90s, I was involved in setting up an internet start-up company in the USA. As project and marketing manager, I supported customers worldwide in setting up their websites and digital solutions. After almost a decade away from my birthplace and home country of Germany, I continued my professional career in a Frankfurt-based coaching and management consulting company. As a consultant and lecturer in the education sector, I worked and lived in various countries of this beautiful world.

Through contact with people from different backgrounds, I learn a lot about other cultures and ways of life - and above all, I learn a lot about myself. Back in Germany, I worked as an account manager and later as a fleet manager in the mobility industry. In a coaching session, through which I wanted to optimize my work-life balance, I came into contact with the systemic coaching approach. This experience and the clarity I gained fascinated me so much that I decided toI decided to turn my calling into my career and completed full-time training as a systemic-integrative consultant and then trained as a social therapist alongside my job.

Many further training courses and additional qualifications later, I still enjoy the fact that I am grateful every day to be able to practice this profession.

My motivation

In relation to my life and my decisions, one central question is always at the forefront, the question of my Why. Since I started this work and accompanied people in their change processes and decisions, I have been able to answer this question. I value and enjoy my work with heart and soul, because I want to help people get closer to their authentic self. This is my Why.

I am just a companion who opens doors now and again and supports you in exploring yourself and the world around you again and again. This is about discovering your limits, finding your inner peace and the desire and joy to develop further every day. In my view, this forms the basis for a fulfilled and self-determined life.

What sets me apart

Attentiveness, empathy and serenity.

Openness, transparency and curiosity.

Preference for communication and the joy of accompanying people on their path to their authentic self.

Diverse international experiences in various professional engagements in different countries and cultures.

Quotes from former clients
"His coaching sessions always go to our complete satisfaction and, more importantly, to the satisfaction of his coachees. In the anonymous feedback, they all rate Mr. Touré's work as very good and also reflected this to us personally."
Dagmar, Hamburg
"Mr. Touré's calm and positive demeanor was a clear asset and helped me to internalize the new information and input. I took a lot away from the seminar and will draw on the knowledge in the future."
Clara, Hamburg
"During the seminar I was able to take a deep look at my own personality. Mr. Touré created a lot of space for self-reflection and provided methods with which one could work on the areas of development. I really enjoyed the two weeks and went to the seminar every day looking forward to interesting topics."
Jette, Hamburg
"The strong involvement of all participants, even when someone didn't really want to take part. This was not only good for each individual, but also formed a real group out of us."
Alex, Hamburg
"Mr. Touré always had great ideas and methods to deal with the issues that I brought with me. Above all, working with boundaries was a real eye-opener for me."
Tanja, Hamburg
“What I liked:
- Above all, the way in which you made the topics interesting in depth and always kept in mind the relevance for us participants
- Your personal, calm, approachable, but also (in a positive way) distant manner. Your overview and foresight - that impressed me."
Alexander, Hamburg
