Carl Rogers
The coaching sessions focus on development processes and offer different perspectives with which specific challenges and obstacles can be addressed and solved.
The aim of coaching is to enable a satisfying and fulfilling lifestyle. What this means for someone in concrete terms is determined by the clients themselves. My clients therefore work out their own solutions with my support through selected coaching methods, as I am convinced that each person is the only expert on their own life. My job is to accompany my clients and, within the framework of my expertise as a systemic consultant and social therapist, to support them in making decisions, overcoming crises and gaining new perspectives. This also includes working through internal conflicts in order to make relationships with others more authentic and thus improve them.
Coaching can be conducted in person or either partially or completely digitally.
